At 11:45 AM, I observed a female monarch on a Bull Thistle flower at the railroad tracks at Harrisville State Park. On my 2 mile walk, I saw no monarchs at 6 locations I monitor. Weather was partly cloudy with the Wind SW-17 mph, and the Temperature was 82F.
