I have a couple other photos I took as well to make sure it wasn’t a similar looking butterfly. This butterfly lacks characteristics of queen, soldiers, etc, so I’m fairly certain it’s a monarch. I also have a species of milkweed growing in my garden that it may have been attracted to.
