My wife (Marilyn) saw a female monarch on her cone flowers in her front yard garden at 10:45 AM. No other monarchs were seen in our yard as rain came in at 3:18 PM for the rest of the day. Wind was SW-15 mph with the Temperature topping out at 83F.
