From 9:30 to 11 am, partly cloudy, wind SSW, 71-74 F.I saw 3 Monarchs at swampy part of mid-way meadow. They were feeding from thistle flowers.Two of them were females, one was a male. The male has a long cut on its wing (from the end of the wing to the center, on photo).
