Just wanted to comment that unlike the previous 5 years I have been noting monarch activity in my gardens, this year I have seen very minimal sightings of monarchs and it is concerning to me. No eggs, only 2 caterpillars, no chrysalis. And I have a whole garden full of wild milkweed. Very puzzled by this. However we have been in drought all summer.
