Joe is still king of the backyard. Every once in a while we see a female sipping at one of the feeders (Bella or Chispa). A couple of months ago Bella looked very round and we didn't see her much after that. Joe seems happy. Around here, the fall migration usually starts about this time or a little sooner and lasts for two months (until mid-October).
