Female ruby throateds still competing for feeders even though I have 3 hanging from various branches of the apricot tree right out side the kitchen window in the back yard. Moving one feeder to front yard adjacent to the Rose of Sharon bushes that they love. Hopefully this will stop the competition and give each one a better chance. Oppresively hot and humid 31C with real feel of 41C. Stong west wind most of the day. Passing late day shower.
