I took my 2 mile walk today under heavy looking rain clouds and observed a monarch at the railroad tracks at Harrisville State Park at noon, and then 3 monarchs at Jackson Street at 12:15 PM. I got back to my house just in time as it began to rain at 1 PM. The rain stopped between 4 and 5 PM, and I observed a male monarch fly up into my front yard White Pine at 4:05 PM. It left at 4:17 PM, and it went to my backyard and went up into another White Pine as it began to sprinkle. Weather was very cloudy in the AM with rain on and off the PM. The Wind was SE-6-12 mph with the Temperature topping out at 71F. Tomorrow we are forecast for high NW winds.
