One small male ruby in yellow Sophia on south side of house right before dusk, then sat on feeder yesterday.
One sub adult rubythroat male at sunrise today sat on desert willow twig after nectaring in Hamelia.(photo)
It seems very late for us here in that there is no first adult male wave
which is usually during last week of August.
Hurricanes pressure they feel for miles in their ears does stop migrants in a 'fall out'
First Rufous was sighted in The Woodlands suburb Aug 12th. Right on time relay.
