I just found out about your website. We have had 1 hummingbird in our yard each day, nectaring from our flowers but on August 12, there was a second female, who was much smaller than the other and we assumed it was a juvenile. This second smaller bird has not returned. The first female hummingbird showed up very late in the season, but since the middle of July, she has been back each day.
