Hummingbird, Nectaring from Flowers

Thursday, August 27, 2020 , a single female ruby throat nectared on the Florida native firebushes we have planted throughout the garden. I first notice her, late afternoon. She continued to intermittently feed heavily, going for 1 firebush to the next, then resting for a few minutes, in the shade of a large tree, before flying around the house, and starting over. It was the exact same pattern as the last time we had hummers in the garden. This continued until the sun went down. Despite immediately putting out several feeders, she was long gone come morning ,
