This little one was drunkenly flailing in the gtass. It tried one last effort to fly high then crash landed in the grass. It�s wings are tattered and thin almost translucent so we thought it was probably at the end of its life cycle. A cat sprang out of nowhere and swatted what we thought was surely the death blow. We rescued it from kitty and took it home. It was still struggling for life so we put it on a plum. It�s been about 16 hours and iys still alive! In fact it�s really loving the plum drinking it up. It�s wings are a bit tattered. If it�s not dying of age we don�t know what�s wrong.
