I think some migrating must be going on, I've several monarchs in unlikely timeframes. Right after hurricane Laura hit and the wind had died down, I saw an adult female in our Tensas Garden Club butterfly in downtown St. Joseph, La. 2 gardens are built at the end of the main road which goes all the way to the Mississippi River levee.
