Orange gorget! He arrived around 11 am.From the side his head & band look black, But when he turned and faced completely towards me, I could see his beautiful gorget in shimmery LIGHT ORANGE from under beak to band, the whole throat was beautiful (not pink nor ruby). His wings are green. This is the same male I saw 2 days in a row, but never got a glimpse of his gorget.
Still have juveniles, in total adult and juvies 5.
Ruby throat hummer. Flew as I was ready to snap a picture!
