I thought the end of the season for male ruby throat sightings had come to an end this past Monday (8/31). But an adult male ruby throat showed up twice late in the evening at a nectar feeder. He drank quite bit of nectar so I'm not sure if this is a new migrator or one of the 3 that was still here on Monday. Its always a nice surprise for us to have a September sighting of an adult male! He looks very healthy!
