Noon. 66 degrees and partly cloudy. The wind was gusting at 30 miles an hour overnight and is currently 23 MPH from the Northwest. I've seen one monarch blowing around the garden. It was on New England Aster feeding when a gust came up and blew it off. The monarch moved over to the zinnia. It seems to be doing better on a sturdy, lower growing plant.
