I was looking up at a small plane hauling an advertisement banner,at about 4:30 PM today,in Glenbrook,Stamford,CT. Then, just to the right side of the plane I notice 3-4 dark dots circling in the sky.

I went inside my house grabbed my binoculars and realized they were eagles,or large hawks.

But I settled for eagles because of the dark body,long rectangular wings and whitish heads and tails.

I called my wife but by the time she came outside they were gone. I took a couple shots and a video with my IphoneSE,but they were flying very high.
