Today I caught and tagged 29 Monarchs in my back yard. Almost all of them were caught on the patch of Tithonia Torch (Mexican Sunflowers) in the attached picture. To date I have caught and tagged 190 Monarchs in my back yard. I have also raised and released (without tagging) 308 and have 50+ yet to release.
