It was a fleeting glimpse out of the corner of my eye so I’d be lying if I said male or female. I’ve seen hummingbirds (male) feeding on my cardinal flower, Rose of Sharon, and perennial Hibiscus, as well as my butterfly bush. I’ve always seen them feeding.
