It was a very cloudy and overcast day with the sky turning brighter at noon. I went down to the beach at Harrisville State Park and watched for monarchs between 1 and 2 PM. I saw only one about 100' high over the shoreline of Lake Huron heading south at 1:18 PM. It was getting colder and damp, so I headed home as the sky darken with the Wind NE-9 mph, and the Temperature was 57F.
