This evening 1720, North wind, 47F and dropping to near 40 tonight, steady cold rain. Captured this rare perching; suspected juvenile, wet and cold, puffed up and stayed a long time attempting to stay warm on the feeder. Dark color, especially on front suggests 'male'; complete lack of gorget streaks, and white tips on tail suggest female. Have not seen an adult male in several days.
