steady stream of monarchs flying south along lakeshore. Some stopped to nectar on goldenrod.

I estimated their number. It was late afternoon, about 5-6pm. and I was sitting outdoors looking at the sky for
about one hour. It was a gentle wind. Maybe 10pmh.
