Counted 213 nectaring monarchs in Medow near Ajax water plant along shore of Lake Ontario. Counted over a 1.5 hr period from 1:15 PM.

Did not see any up high migrating unlike the peak a 2 days ago when I saw many up high migrating.
19 C sunny winds 20-28 km/hr from the south east.
