As you see there are 2 larva in the picture, there are 4 more in this stand of swamp milkweed,this day was a sunday future weather reports mentioned frost in morning of Sept. 09/20.I simulated their habitat, dug out a plant of milkweed and added 2 joe pye's put them in a container and put them in our sunporch so they would not freeze, so they could hang and then change to their chrysalis's,as I report this this evening we have 5 chrysalis's.
