Sightings report image

Date: 09/13/2020

Number: 3

This picture was taken on Saturday at 10:21am

I was visiting family in Hackberry,TX and the hummers were flying about.

They have many flowers for the hummers to get their nectar from. They have plenty of Turks Caps, Sage, Salvia, Firecracker plant, Pin Cushion flowers.

While standing and looking at one of their flower beds a male hummer came zooming in front of our face, it's red throat was such a brilliant ruby red.
