Number: 2

Landed on the butterfly bush. We have a habitat for our butterflies. Since 4 September we have had numerous monarchs come through our Monarch Waystation yard. The yard grown multiple speicies of milkweed, conflowers and prove ample cover. We notice a lot of "froclicking" among the longer monarchs whick we have not noticed in past years. Many of our monarchs are longer ones this year. One morning ( 12 Sept) we counted 22 caterpillars on the milkweed plants! The bees sure seem to aggrivate them-or lets same they via for them same food. Good watching.
