Eagles breed on the CT River and Windsor Locks Canal near Windsor Locks, CT -
One adult seen.
One juvenile with plumage of 2 yr old going on 3 years.
It made several fumbling attempts to grab a fish from the river. Then later tried to grab a blue heron's catch of the day.
