I have only seen 7 monarchs in the last 12 days. For our area this is strange, it’s to early for all of them to be gone. Not even seeing fly overs migrating. Last week our temperature dropped at night to low Fifties to mid Forties, we also had rain for 3 days. After the rain the wind direction changed to south, south, west, mid sixties to mid seventies during the day. The winds have changed again they are coming out of the north again. I will check the field’s daily we always have monarchs hatching late September to early October.
