Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/18/2020

Number: 1

Well, I am coming to the conclusion that the Salvia Firecracker on the patio table is responsible for the number of "fly throughs" we are seeing this season. We've not had this many late sightings in the 20 years we've lived here.

Again, I can't tell if the immature one who fed at about 5:30 this evening is the same as earlier today and/or last evening, but it is a like receiving early Christmas gifts!

Next year, I'll be sure to get more of the Salvia Firecracker. I'll just have to work on keeping the caterpillars at bay.
