Yesterday, my friend (Larry) and I observed no monarchs. The day started out at 37F., with a light frost, and the Wind was NW at 7 mph. The Wind then changed to NE at 14 mph and gusted to 20 mph by 3:30 PM. The high Temperature was 55F. Today, Larry and I saw no monarchs on our walks in and around the town. However, a camper (Kim) saw a monarch at Harrisville State Park down by the beach at about 1 PM. The weather was sunny this morning with a light frost and freeze by 9 AM. The Temperature was 29F. for the low, and 58F. for the high. The Wind was NW-4 in the morning turning SE-9-12 mph gusting to 20 mph. There is another frost advisory for the morning.
