After a day of frantic activity at the feeder and plants by three females, today there was zero activity. Then just at dusk, a lone female returned and drank from the feeder nonstop for several minutes. The temperature dipped into the thirties last night, and will be even lower tonight. I keep my feeder up and stocked through October 8 for any stragglers who come through on the way back home.
