I tagged 18 monarchs today in my gardens (front and back). Today was an exceptional day! The weather was perfect. I counted at least 25+ monarchs today in my gardens. Most of the 18 tagged were born in my gardens. I have tagged 50 monarchs already since 2nd September, only 8 days of tagging. I'm out of Monarch Watch tags because I only ordered 50. Currently, I still have approx. 30+ chrysalis I'm watching in my gardens. This has been an exceptional year for my gardens. I likely could tag another 25 monarchs.
