A couple hours on a partly cloudy Monday morning. There were several hummingbirds around. The ones seen nectaring were on


Red bedding salvia
Brassica from birdseed
Garden phlox lantana "Miss Huff"
Salvia "Skyscraper"
Salvia "Purple and Bloom"
Salvia microphylla "Hot Lips"
Tithonia (saved seeds, The Torch)
Orange-red hanging begonia
Monarda "Jacob Cline"
Tropical milkweed

Again, the salvias saw the most action, with hummingbirds visiting dozens of flowers, often just a few feet from us.
