Spotted only 3 last few days but there may be a 4th still in the area. One "guard" alternates from the bird swing or high up in the tree where three feeders are located.
Swoops down to scare off any finches or other hummers at the feeders or flowers. Also, swooped down to grab small insects flying about.
One hummingbird seemed unfamiliar with the feeding ports and was trying to get to the nectar from the sides of the feeder.
Feeding off lobelia, lantana, angelonia and cosmos.
