I saw this Monarch on 9/16/20 at 9:25am in my backyard in Aracdia, Phoenix. He/she stopped on a Mexican Bush Sage, a Red Bird of Paradise briefly and then floated away toward the south west. It looked in good condition but I could not see if it was a male or female.
