My friend (Larry) and I went to the beach along Lake Huron at Harrisville State Park at 12:45 PM to 2:45 PM and counted 2 monarchs migrating south high overhead. Weather was 100% sunshine with a stiff Southwest Wind at 10-15 mph. We saw these monarchs within 5 minutes of arriving! I went home and observed no other monarchs from my patio to 7:30 PM. The Temperature topped out at 78F.
