Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/24/2020

Number: 5

From 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. this evening, I saw 5 plump butterball . . Rubies!

Thought I was going to say turkeys, didn't you?

Another warm and pleasant day to be migrating with mid 70's temperatures.

They were all twittering softly, almost under their breath.

Much lower volume than what I heard with my "summer" rubies.

The summer breeding rubies have their volume turned up LOUD!
