Spotted 2 juveniles, (both 2 to 2 1/4" long, stocky builds, and full length bills) 'attempting' to nectar from my verbena plants. I still have 3-4 migrant birds daily at the feeders. Temps still around 80+', quite warm for late Sept. and our drought continues now for 5 strait weeks in central Indiana. Still a few aerial displays, but nothing like July and August! I'm sure gonna' miss these little guys! This report filed on 09/25/2020.
