Found two fresh monarch eggs while checking milkweed for eggs. They were not there yesterday and it has been more than a week since finding any eggs. These were a surprise. Hot (80 degrees +) and humid here, Summer like in Brigantine, New Jersey today.
Also a male monarch butterfly was observed nectaring on sedum.
