9/7 saw Monarch cat on a leaf stem of my Japanese maple tree which is next to my Monarch flower bed.
9/8 Cat dropped down into head down hanging position off of the stem. (Got a pic)
9/10 Small chrysalis (pic)
9/20 Chrysalis turned yellow at the bottom
9/24 Last picture I got before it was gone. (Pic)
9/25. Chrysalis gone. Missed the butterfly release.

If I hadn�t seen the cat on the tree, I never would have seen the chrysalis later. It was a very exciting thing for me to see!
