It may be October and monarchs are supposed to eclose in the morning but someone forgot to tell our monarchs. We've had three eclose on our open patio this afternoon, all between 3 and 4 p.m. Two are fine but one is weak. A fourth chrysalis appears ready to burst at any second. Temps are in the mid 70s.
