Days growing shorter and colder. We had close to frost the other day, but today was warm and sunny. It is 6:41 pm and dark outside already. Just a month ago, it was hot and didn't get dark until 7:30. The sun is further south, which makes the front of the house (facing north) get darker even earlier.

No hummers sighted lately, but the honey bees were swarming the feeders still up in the back of the house yesterday. No bees there today.
