After another afternoon of steady sightings of monarchs in 99-degree weather, the actual roostings tonight has dropped significantly from yesterday. Tonight there are scattered groups averaging 6 monarchs in 5 different locations. There are also many single monarchs scattered about in mimosa trees and pecan trees; easily counted 20 of those.
Many Queens were sighted this afternoon with the Monarchs. No Queens sighted tonight.
