Number of Monarchs here have dropped considerable in the past 2 days from a dozen or more at a time to only 2-3 this morning.
I have noted however that the number of Queen Butterflies has increased from none a week ago to a dozen or more on a single group of flowers.
No rain now in the past month is starting to take its toll on the local flowers.
