Monarch PEAK Migration
Sightings report image

Date: 10/18/2020

Number: 75

We have not seen Monarch Butterflies (only Viceroys) in 2020 until about the first of October. Today was the largest group spotted migrating south. We are interested in providing flowering plants that will provide nectar for their fall journey as there is very little in bloom at this time other than goldenrod, jewelweed, and very few other "late bloomers". Any recommendations as to what we might add to our pollinator beds?
