Number: 1500

Peak migration for Fort Hood began on 10/6 and went through 10/15. During that time our monarch tagging program tagged roughly 1,500 monarchs with many more that weren't captured. Primary nectar sources were Liatris, Frostweed and Toothleaf Goldeneye.
