I released a male butterfly at 10:30 am. Beautiful blue sky day -- low 70s. His chrysalis was spared from the previous week's freeze, as I kept it indoors in a mesh container.

I hope he was able to get to the coast where it didn't freeze so he can nectar on some flowers.

I have one more chrysalis.
