Over the course of four days starting Monday, October 19th through Friday, October 23rd 27 emporer red tulip bulbs were planted in one of our school's courtyard raised garden beds. Six autistic K-2 students planted their bulbs with the help of their para-professionals and lead teacher. The remaining bulbs were planted by two groups from a traditional 2nd grade class some for classmates who are learning remotely at home. The hope is that we can all gather together in person come spring to see our tulips blooming!
