Waiting at an unusually long red light after buying a POWERBALL ticket at the Circle K. The monarch had some faded color but the wings looked very fresh on the edges. It was traveling eastbound. Flew over my hood then into the intersection. I rolled down my window and shouted "GET OUT OF THE ROAD!" Luckily the west bound lanes also had a red light and the northbound lane with the green only had one car. No collisions yet. The monarch flew up and into the westbound lanes of interstate 71. As far as I know it avoided the traffic.
