Robin (First SEEN)

Date: 02/04/2021

Number: 1

One lone Robin. First time I saw one since November. Guessing it is migrating ahead of a low pressure system that is currently carrying some snow which will be followed by an extended period of arctic air. Not good weather for finding good food, although there are still a few berries around some trees I have seen. Not much.

On average I usually first see a passing Robin like this in late February. They usually begin showing up and setting up spring territory around the second week of March.
